FAQ
-
Do you accept insurance?
Short answer: no. Instead ECS has tried to offer services which are affordable at different levels. For example group therapy is a more cost effective option. Additionally, any services received can be submitted to your insurance in the form of a superbill. You can submit the CPT codes using a form to ideally have the services counted toward your out of pocket max. Either way, the heart of ECS is to make mental health services more accessible, so please reach out to us with any questions. We will do what we can to help you get the resources you need.

What if I don't have insurance?
ECS was built for you! Formed from a birthday wish, our founder had a dream to develop programs including sliding scale fees and ways to bundle services to benefit individuals who do not have insurance or cannot typically afford services. Again, contact us if you have additional questions.
-
WHERE IS YOUR PRACTICE?
ECS is an exclusively online/telehealth practice at this time which is licensed in Arizona. If you live outside of Arizona, you can still contact us for more information or utilize Psychology Today’s search feature to find a provider in your area.
